Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value (LTV)
Manage email marketing campaigns to promote loyalty programs and engage customers
Utilize Shopify to optimize customer experience and increase engagement
Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth and engagement initiatives
Oversee customer segmentation to ensure tailored marketing efforts for different groups
Implement and manage SMS marketing strategies to enhance communication

Required
Proven experience in email marketing and campaign development
Strong knowledge of Shopify and its application for customer engagement
Expertise in customer lifecycle management and lifecycle marketing
Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports to inform strategies
Familiarity with A/B testing and growth strategies
Deep understanding of customer relationship management and loyalty programs
Experience with subscription models and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing
