Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate top-tier blockchain launchpads to host Autheo’s public token sale and related ecosystem initiatives.
Develop a comprehensive strategy to secure partnerships with launchpads that align with Autheo’s mission and target audience.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with launchpads, ensuring optimal terms and exposure for the token sale and ecosystem launch.
Create compelling materials tailored for launchpad applications, including pitch decks, executive summaries, and marketing collateral.
Leverage an extensive network of blockchain-focused venture capitalists, crypto investors, and institutional backers to secure funding for Autheo.
Build relationships with key investors, showcasing the value proposition of Autheo’s Layer-1 blockchain, decentralized cloud, and disruptive social platform.
Conduct personalized outreach to angel investors, crypto funds, and VCs, ensuring clear communication of investment opportunities and project milestones.
Organize and host investor-focused webinars, presentations, and AMA sessions to attract interest and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns targeting potential investors and launchpad audiences.
Create and distribute high-impact investor materials, such as brochures, one-pagers, and video content, to showcase Autheo’s potential.
Strategize and execute campaigns highlighting Autheo’s upcoming milestones, including the incentivized testnet, airdrop, node sale, and public token sale.
Track outreach performance metrics, including launchpad engagement, investor interest, and funding commitments.
Prepare detailed reports on launchpad applications, investor outreach results, and secured partnerships for internal stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and optimize future fundraising initiatives.
Develop strategies to maintain relationships with investors and launchpad partners post-token sale, fostering long-term collaboration.
Actively participate in the broader blockchain investment community to position Autheo as a leading Layer-1 blockchain project.
Provide input on tokenomics, governance, and staking mechanisms to align with the expectations of launchpads and crypto investors.

Required
Proven Launchpad Expertise: Demonstrated success in securing partnerships with blockchain launchpads and facilitating public token sales.
Crypto Investment Network: Extensive network of industry contacts, including angel investors, crypto VCs, and institutional backers.
Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Layer-1 blockchain technology, proof-of-stake models, tokenomics, and decentralized ecosystems.
Sales and Marketing Acumen: Experience developing and executing successful investor outreach and marketing strategies, including creating impactful materials.
Negotiation and Relationship Building: Strong skills in negotiating agreements and building lasting partnerships with launchpads and investors.
Preferred
Experience with Layer-1 Cosmos SDK-based blockchains or similar ecosystems.
Familiarity with tokenomics, staking rewards, and governance models.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex blockchain concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to secure funding for blockchain projects, including pre-sale and public sale rounds.
