Responsibilities

Lead the Sales and Marketing teams, setting and managing goals and sales targets
Drive Growth: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategy
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and strategies
Create and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior management levels within existing and prospective customer base.
Monitoring and reporting sales performance metrics and KPIs, and implementing measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Build and Maintain structured Sales processes for Lead Generation, Sales operations and deal closure protocols
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or lead generation role, preferably in the telecom industry.

Preferred

Previous experience in the telecom industry is desirable but not mandatory.
