Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into sales plans.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with distributors to establish a strong and effective sales network.
Work closely with distributors to ensure alignment with company goals, provide necessary support, and monitor performance.
Train and educate distributors on the appropriate use and messaging of X-Bolt’s products.
Determine product allocations and manage inventory to meet market demand while minimizing excess or shortages.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships, to expand market presence and increase sales.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as required, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure continuous professional development.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and achievement within the sales organization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market share, and other relevant KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market position.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the medical device industry, particularly in orthopedics.
Experience in launching new products and building sales channels in the US market.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex deals.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
