Responsibilities
Work with the product line to develop scalable evaluation and performance criteria and quantify value proposition for each customer subsegment.
Manage pricing strategy of QPS, third party, and service portfolio and configurations to ensure competitive and profitable business.
Develop clear and compelling product positioning guidance, sales messaging, and marketing content based on competitive analysis and the sales team’s strategy.
Oversee coordination and communication of product roadmaps, technology trends, and market requirements between product development, customers, sales and marketing.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, opportunities to enhance the product, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage the QPS engineering team.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including training/onboarding materials, user manuals, datasheets, FAQs, service guidance.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and network with customers and competitors.
Support the development of technical proposals.
Ensure demonstration asset availability and training proficiency of sales team.
Oversee resolution of complex technical issues related to the product or customer installation.
Support product development and testing efforts in North America.

Required
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree.
5+ years of experience in engineering and/or technical product management.
Excellent communication and customer skills (verbal and written).
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficient in relevant business tools including MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of computing, networking, software, and electrical/RF systems.
Ability to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe up to 40%.
Proactive, highly organized, analytical and self-managed.
Must be a U.S. person capable of receiving a U.S. security clearance.
Preferred
Experience in the following areas is beneficial Security screening, QPS, SAP, Cameo/SysML, management, sales/marketing.
