Responsibilities
Ensure alignment with the company’s goals, policies, and procedures while performing essential duties and other tasks as assigned.
Maintain in-depth commercial and technical knowledge of products, including applications, modifications, financing, and manufacturing processes, to address customer needs effectively.
Travel within the assigned sales district, engage with current and potential customers, educate them on product features and benefits, analyze equipment needs, and promote interest in the product line.
Oversee post-sale processes to ensure timely delivery, assist Service and Warranty teams as needed, and promptly resolve customer issues to their satisfaction.
Provide daily updates to the office, maintain a weekly itinerary, report customer interactions, and coordinate with dealers and the General Manager as applicable.

Required
Proficient in direct sales strategies within the construction, aggregate, or material handling equipment industries.
Proven track record of initiating, developing, and sustaining relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels of end users.
Strong expertise in communication, organization, and delivering exceptional customer service.
