Responsibilities
Migrating voice traffic from legacy MSCs to SIP-based platforms (e.g., VoLTE).
Redirecting signaling traffic (e.g., SS7) to IP-based protocols (e.g., SIP, Diameter).
Retiring the logical MSC functions, which may or may not involve hardware removal.
Integrating the MSC's functionality into IP-based systems like IMS for unified management.

Required
Experience in decommissioning Mobile Switching Centers (MSCs)
Knowledge of circuit-switched MSCs and IP-based systems
Experience with migrating voice traffic to SIP-based platforms (e.g., VoLTE)
Familiarity with redirecting signaling traffic to IP-based protocols (e.g., SIP, Diameter)
Ability to retire logical MSC functions and integrate into IP-based systems like IMS
Understanding of mobile core networks and modern services like VoLTE and 5G
