Responsibilities
Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining IT services, portfolios, products, projects and processes.
Perform, document and assist in planning work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners.
Maintain engagement with business and IT partners.
Perform project coordination tasks: gather meeting notes and relay highlights back to project teams, ability to manage project financials, project administrative tasks.
Proactively build business/IT knowledge to provide solutions.
Utilize best practices to improve products and services.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
6+ yrs. of experience in an IT Services environment working with business analytics, business requirements, or business processes.
Energy/Utility industry experience.
Experience writing business cases.
Experience building and interpreting requirements.
Experience working as a liaison between IT and business groups.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to understand SQL queries.
Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven ability to run team meetings, develop presentation material, and facilitate project communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and written/verbal communication.
Preferred
Experience working with PowerBI or other visualization/reporting tool is a plus.
