Responsibilities
As the Media Manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of Arcadia's current market visibility. Based on your findings, you will generate detailed reports and strategic recommendations to enhance the organisation's visibility and representation. This includes improving the association's social media posting and strategy.
As part of a collaborative effort with the business analyst team, your involvement in this domain will revolve around embracing and championing the organisation's brand identity. You will strategize and execute plans aimed at promoting the distinct identity of Arcadia, with the ultimate goal of establishing it as a recognisable brand. Your focus will extend to cultivating a brand image that resonates with the target audience, fostering organic loyalty and sustainable statistics.
Working under the supervision of the, from top to bottom, CSO, CMO and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will be expected to direct and provide guidance to minimum of 10 maximum 20 members allocated to your department. You will be delivering reports about their activities and provide weekly and monthly marketing road maps and success reports. Before execution of your plans, you will deliver your report for a final approval of executives of the department within your detailed feedback report.

Required
Must have a Master's degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media management or 6 progressive years in the media sector, preferably in the publication, arts or cultural sector but not limited.
Strong understanding of media trends and technologies, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong skills in creativity, research and communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The highest standards of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
