Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong project management skills

Be very collaborative and detail oriented to coordinate meetings

Track and update project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log)

Create project materials

Support design sessions

User acceptance testing

Cutover

Training and service rehearsal testing processes as needed

Required

Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Preferred

PMP Certification

SAP Service Now or SuccessFactors

Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes

Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes is preferred

Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels
