Responsibilities
Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Virtually meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide recommendations on products that can secure their financial future. You’ll explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs to empower clients to make informed decisions
Provide Ongoing Customer Service: Support our clients by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and helping with claims processing to ensure a seamless experience
Foster Relationship Building: Build and maintain lasting relationships by following up regularly, reviewing evolving needs, and ensuring their policies continue to provide the necessary protection
Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions, safeguarding client information
