Responsibilities

Customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools

Gather requirements, developing build map rules, LCM Events, and workflows

Work with multiple teams with knowledge in Linux, UNIX, Windows, Databases, SQL, PL/SQL language and in web technologies such as Tomcat, JBoss

Perform data validation of test and production data

Perform configuration, deployment, troubleshooting and implementation of SailPoint projects

Design, configure and maintain user life cycle management i.e., Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Reinstate lifecycle events

Develop test plans, test cases, and approach for SailPoint based on the business requirements

Execute Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including, but not limited to-provisioning, authentication, authorization and monitoring.

SailPoint administration and implementation

Provision, access groups, and RBAC (role based access control)

Manage a team of 5-8 in multiple geographic regions

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience

6+ years of experience in IT on IAM Specialized in SailPoint

5+ years of experience managing teams and projects for security management

Understanding and previous involvement in configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and implementation of SailPoint projects as well as executing test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions

Hands on experience with complete user life cycle management i.e., Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Reinstate Lifecycle Events and proficiency with provision, access groups, and RBAC (role-based access control)

Extensive working knowledge in Linux, UNIX, Windows, Databases, SQL, PL/SQL language and in web technologies such as Tomcat, JBoss

Strong technical background, excellent analytical ability and debugging skills, good communication skills, team player and goal oriented, with a commitment to excellence
