Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery accountability of a fixed price program to manage Scope, Budget and stakeholder management
Provide technical leadership to deliver software solutions leveraging Cloud and Microservices and APIs
Drive Stakeholder Management reports, Manage the software development team, measure, and improve team engagement, engineering excellence, productivity and team velocity through JIRA and Confluence
Lead complex technical and strategic discussions involving multiple personas including engineering, UX, architect, product, customer, and other stakeholders.
Drive Agile methodologies leveraging JIRA and driving milestones and measurements through JIRA
Own the product quality, scalability, security, and performance of applications, systems, and integrations.
Single Point of Contact: Liaise with client technical & functional leadership
Manage risk and mitigation strategies
Engage in high-impact projects
Exhibit pronounced technical/ domain prowess and ace client interactions.
Influence client decisions and product roadmaps.
Strong client management and senior Stakeholder management
Drive Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly cadence to provide regular updates to the leadership and stakeholders
Drive projects with Multi Shore operating Model.

Required
20+ years’ experience in program management
Managing the implementation of an enterprise tech roadmap
Strong background in managing Enterprise Application development program
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Cloud and Digital technologies
Comprehensive understanding of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry
Experience driving Agile programs leveraging JIRA for tracking and managing milestones
Strong experience managing fixed price projects driven by Risk, Issue, and Dependency tracking across various workstreams
End-to-end delivery accountability of a fixed price program to manage Scope, Budget and stakeholder management
Technical leadership to deliver software solutions leveraging Cloud and Microservices and APIs
Drive Stakeholder Management reports
Manage the software development team
Measure and improve team engagement, engineering excellence, productivity and team velocity through JIRA and Confluence
Lead complex technical and strategic discussions involving multiple personas

Minimum 15+ years of IT delivery and Engineering Program management experience
Minimum 10+ Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience, executing IT transformation fixed price programs
Ability to drive Scope Timelines and Budget for a program
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Client Engagement Manager, Engineering Manager, or Program Manager in enterprise application projects
Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing domain
Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices and API driven architecture
Knowledge of UX, UI and Engineering activities in a program in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and innovative technology solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools – JIRA
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
