Responsibilities

Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.

Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.

The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification.

Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.

Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
