Responsibilities

The Meetings & Events Technical Services (METS) team serves as the technology service provider for all company-hosted meetings and events, whether internal or external.

The IT (Information Technology) Meetings and Events Technology Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating both virtual and hybrid meetings and events.

In this position, you will partner/ collaborate intimately with the Event Planners/organizers to advise on virtual event setups using platforms like Zoom, Zoom Events, Zoom production studio, MS-Teams.

You will provide insights on how technology (features) aligns and support the Event Planners meeting objectives and assist in the smooth running of events, ensuring both attendees and speakers have a seamless experience.
