Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy (media and content) that aligns with ISPSO’s mission, values, and member engagement goals
Leverage knowledge of professional communities, platforms, and social media channels used by coaches, psychotherapists, and psychodynamic specialists in Western and Eastern Europe, the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, Asia Pacific and India
Collaborate with the ISPSO Marketing and Communications Committee to support organizational objectives and promote ISPSO’s values
Create engaging, relevant content including posts, graphics, videos, and articles that highlight ISPSO’s work, values, and events
Curate content that supports psychoanalytic approaches to organizational study, sharing insights from ISPSO members and aligning with interests of relevant professional communities.
Maintain a social media calendar to ensure regular, varied, and consistent posting across ISPSO’s social platforms.
Design and execute social media campaigns to promote ISPSO’s conferences, workshops, webinars, and other events.
Collaborate with event organizers to produce promotional materials that appeal to both members and the wider professional audience.
Develop strategies to engage attendees and encourage participation before, during, and after events.
Foster engagement by responding to messages, comments, and mentions in English, building a vibrant and active community around ISPSO’s mission.
Engage with thought leaders, partners, and influencers in psychoanalysis, psychodynamic approaches, and organizational psychology, across global communities.
Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of posts and campaigns, providing regular reports to the Marketing Director.
Use insights to adjust strategies to meet engagement goals and align with ISPSO’s mission and values.
Work with ISPSO’s board members, committees, and staff to ensure a consistent voice and tone across all communications.
Collaborate with relevant networks, platforms, and communities for coaches and psychodynamic professionals to expand ISPSO’s reach and impact.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within nonprofit, academic, or mental health settings.
Familiarity with platforms and communities used by coaches, psychotherapists, and psychodynamic specialists, particularly in Europe and the U.S.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging, relevant content in English.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
