Responsibilities
Ensure Payments programs are successful and operate flawlessly by working with internal teams and external providers. This includes troubleshooting customer issues, organizing/analyzing data on payment performance, ensuring the accuracy of credits issued to customers, etc.
Assist with the launch and ongoing operations of critical programs and initiatives while identifying and implementing operational improvements
Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and their processes
Collaborate with appropriate teams across the WebstaurantStore, leveraging the perspective and strengths of others while seeking to add value. This includes, but is not limited to, Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, Risk, etc. The goal of this is to ensure efficient and streamlined processes and features for customers.
Help develop tracking and reporting systems to measure, analyze, manage, and communicate operations performance and trends
Communicates clearly, empathetically, and confidentially with customers, 3rd party services, and internal departments
Accurately and efficiently reviews customer credits and communications to ensure customers are receiving refunds promptly
Clearly communicates the business perspective on software needs with development when necessary
Evaluate current processes and suggest appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
Utilize all tools and resources to ensure the accuracy of the payments process and rectify any inaccuracies or errors discovered

Required

Work is performed while sitting and/or standing for up to 8-10 hours each day.
Proficiency with MS Office required.

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.
Access to a home router and modem.
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported.
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.
Preferred
A college degree with job-relevant coursework is preferred, but not required.
Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
Wired connection is preferred, if possible.
