Responsibilities
Conduct online property research to determine ownership, property addresses, property ID numbers, and brief legal descriptions.
Retrieve and analyze tax assessor records from jurisdictional offices.
Perform detailed comparisons of online search results with correspondent-provided data.
Communicate with internal clients and external correspondents via phone and email to request real estate reports and track progress.
Identify and resolve issues or inconsistencies in correspondent-furnished reports.
Abstract relevant data into final client reports using a standardized real estate property template.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems and provide necessary information.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
