Responsibilities
Manage and track the progress of multiple projects for the Practice.
Develop and review content for bespoke reports, and review reports to ensure writing quality as well as consistency in look/feel, structure, tone, etc.
Manage client lifecycle and brand building efforts, including:
Design and develop decks for BD meetings and pitches
Prepare proposals and letters of engagement
Manage and deliver marketing campaigns, white papers and practice decks, thought leadership calendar and client events to drive practice exposure and brand development
Maintain practice mailing and client lists
Update and maintain weekly BD updates for the practice
Serve as the liaison between partners, clients, and candidates/participants to coordinate meetings and track project progress
Maintain active projects tracker
Submit and track billing for projects; collaborate with accounting to continuously track payment from clients.
Support the growth of our Practice by:
Building, strengthening, and maintaining strong client relationships
Engaging with clients to solve issues and challenges
Ensuring high quality delivery and solutions
Collaborating to identify, design, market, and roll-out new, innovative, and/or cutting-edge tools and approaches
Be part of the sales conversations to expand the client account
Liaise with national and global partners seeking marketing materials and client support
Work with Practice Heads to coordinate global announcements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Significant client-/customer-facing experience
Experience with HR programs like selection, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning
Strong sense of team and collaborative spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior level executives, clients, and candidates
Outstanding verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong organization skills with a very high attention to detail
Tenacity, flexibility, and strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting orientation
Willingness to take the initiative/act proactively
Ability to think outside of the box and leverage innovative thinking
Ability to assimilate, synthesize, and distill vast amounts of information
Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with statistics a plus
Preferred
Master’s in HR, I/O, or related area preferred
