Responsibilities

Lead the development of contract templates, including updates and administration.

Utilize legal tech and contract management software to streamline contract processes.

Serve as a subject matter expert on contract and third party management policies & procedures.

Partner with business customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, determine the risks and design appropriate execution plans.

Assist in the development, negotiation, and execution of RFPs, third party nondisclosure agreements, supplier agreements, services agreements, distributor and commissioned sales representative agreements, and other product or project specific agreements.

Plan and execute negotiation strategy while remaining flexible to shifting circumstances and partnering with internal team resources as needed.

Act as the central point of contact for each contract.
