Responsibilities
Identify and engage with ideal prospects using account-based research and prospecting strategies.
Respond to inbound inquiries (website, chat, LinkedIn) and qualify leads.
Reach out to potential clients using targeted, personalized outreach strategies to grow our pipeline.
Conduct qualifying calls to assess lead fit and pass opportunities to the CEO.
Attend sales calls with the CEO to learn positioning, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks.
Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, including lead nurture, proposal creation, and closing deals.
Own lead nurture for closed-lost deals or dormant prospects to re-engage them.
Conduct win/loss interviews with clients to understand decision-making triggers and refine our Ideal Client Persona.
Capture insights from conversations with prospects and clients to improve messaging, positioning, and strategies.
Maintain HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
Track sales activity and provide data-driven insights to improve performance and refine processes.
Schedule and prioritize sales calls, aligning with our Ideal Client Persona.
Collaborate with the CEO to document sales templates and playbooks.
Contribute to the eventual hiring, onboarding, and management of additional sales representatives.

Required
2+ years in sales, business development, or account management in a service-based or B2B environment.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Proven ability to engage and build rapport with executive-level buyers.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including crafting concise, compelling emails and presentations.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Collaborative and growth-minded, eager to learn and contribute to company-wide goals.
Analytical thinker who can derive insights from data to improve strategies.
Preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn for sales and lead generation is a strong plus.
