Responsibilities

Make and execute decisions regarding the best way to resolve customer resolutions for both stock and drop-ship inventory

Review, process, and post resale items through a variety of sales platforms

Shadow other team members to gain knowledge in all areas of the department including our training and QA specialists

Communicate with internal sources such as accounting to ensure effective resolution fulfillment

Get hands-on experience with newly formulated internal development systems that supports Webstaurants returns process and needs

Projects such as improving processes with customers, vendors, internal systems, and our data

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program - Any major welcome

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.

Access to a home router and modem.

A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.

The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.

Preferred
