Responsibilities

Experience building and scaling underwriting platforms and BPO services.

Develop and own the product strategy for underwriting expansion and manage the full product lifecycle.

Build and scale an efficient wraparound UW platform while leading contract underwriting operations.

Track record of managing product strategy, market launches, and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a viable MVP and position the product for market success.

Sell the product, manage its growth, and ensure alignment with customer and business objectives.
