Responsibilities
Successfully directs the practice managers reporting to them, to insure that patients, staff and physicians are able to successfully and effeciently perform their job responsibilities, while promoting to the physicians and staff that
Perform and assist with the onboarding process of new practices into the division, and other speciality practices, as may be directed by the Senior Administrative or Physician leader.
Assist physicians in the development of practice based processes to achieve quality and patient satisfaction indicators. Mentor and assist with the development of action plans to improve those metrics not meeting the target.
In collaboration with the Administrator, develop front end billing accountability, and ensure the billing and coding functions that are maintained in the practice promote the highest chance of securing payment.
In collaboration with the Administrator, ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and biannual physician production reports are completed and presented to the physicians in a timely fashion. Requst TPP CFO joint department meetings as n

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business; Health Care, Nursing
Physician practice management and leadership experience
7-10 years experience Management Healthcare Nursing
1-2 years experience Professional Statistical reporting and Data analysis
