Responsibilities
Prepare and assist clients with Social Security Disability hearings remotely.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the case.
Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and review case progress.
Attend training sessions to develop expertise in disability and compensation law.
Organize and maintain case files to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
Support office operations with flexibility and professionalism as needed.

Required
Juris Doctor degree; barred in Pennsylvania or awaiting bar exam results.
Barred or awaiting bar exam results from neighboring states will be considered.
Strong writing and legal research skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to the office in Northeastern Pennsylvania occasionally, while working primarily remotely.
Flexible and adaptive to changing tasks and client needs.
Preferred
Eligibility to practice in other states (e.g., New Jersey) is a plus.
