Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and underwriting processes (or working toward licensing)
Strong understanding of finance principles
Marketing experience/knowledge
Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations
Preferred
Previous experience in sales and/or finance is a plus
Experience with loan origination software is a plus
