Responsibilities

Manage and lead the platform engineering team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.

Assist in establishing and implementing the technical vision for the platform, in alignment with company goals.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, requirements, and standards.

Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement key platform initiatives.

Oversee the development and deployment processes, ensuring best practices in coding and testing are followed.

Act as a servant leader, resolving technical issues, impediments, and challenges that could hinder the team's ability to effectively deliver their sprint commitments.

Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.
