Responsibilities
Strong understanding of international legal frameworks governing outbound sales and marketing practices, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Experience with legal research and analysis, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex legal information.
Familiarity with legal issues related to high-volume marketing activities, including email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and event marketing.
Knowledge of opt-in/opt-out requirements, consent management, and data subject rights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely to both legal and non-legal audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product).
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly guidelines, playbooks, and toolkits.
Experience with creating and maintaining legal documentation.
Obtain comprehensive legal insights regarding outbound sales and marketing practices in Tier 1, Tier 2, and ROW countries.
Obtain and consolidate guidance on high volume marketing topics in identified regions.
Develop practical guidelines and playbooks focused on legal compliance for outbound sales and marketing efforts.
Assist in the creation of a comprehensive legal marketing toolkit in selected regions.
Provide ongoing support to T&M International PC on new questions/projects related to a market not yet covered to facilitate new product/feature launches, events, and campaigns.
