Responsibilities
Measuring IBM.com’s ability to deliver valued interactions
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on web traffic and user behavior using Adobe Analytics
Support the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics tags through Adobe Launch
Conducting end-to-end analysis and communicating actionable insights and recommendations to the broader Web team to support our continuous improvement and iteration
Developing scalable analytical solutions that provide data-driven and optimization insights
Working with large, complex data sets and extracting knowledge or insights to solve difficult problems, applying analytical methods as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited University
Available for an internship in Summer 2025
Rising senior for the 2025-2026 school year
Passionate about marketing, data science, data, analytics, or a related field
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset
Preferred
Basic knowledge of digital marketing
Basic experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus
Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization
