Responsibilities

Measuring IBM.com’s ability to deliver valued interactions

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on web traffic and user behavior using Adobe Analytics.

Support the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics tags through Adobe Launch.

Conducting end-to-end analysis and communicating actionable insights and recommendations to the broader Web team to support our continuous improvement and iteration

Developing scalable analytical solutions that provide data-driven and optimization insights

Working with large, complex data sets and extracting knowledge or insights to solve difficult problems, applying analytical methods as needed
