Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor to people during the trial phase and deliver an awesome experience to encourage them to become customers.
Proactively engage trial accounts in an effort to upsell them to a paid account.
Use various engagement tools and strategies to achieve activity metrics and upgrade goals.

Required
Customer service experience using email, phone, and live chat
Basic understanding of a typical SaaS sales process, KPIs, and methodology
Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multi-task; Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a 'can do' attitude and growth mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Sincere passion to deliver remarkable customer experiences every day
