Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new leads
Identify and research ideal customer profiles, qualifying leads based on specific criteria
Schedule meetings and product demos with key decision-makers
Collaborate with the internal teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects
Accurately document all lead interactions, updating CRM records to provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and meeting setting
Gather and relay market feedback from prospects to help refine the sales approach and product offerings
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously improve prospecting skills

Required
1-2 years of SDR or sales experience required
Logistics or supply chain software experience
Previous experience prospecting into large Enterprise accounts
Experienced in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred
Experience working at startups
Self-motivated and proactive
Thrives in an autonomous and fast-paced environment
