Responsibilities

Preparing weekly project status lists, employee task lists, and assignments. Decide on the priority of the workload and project tasks for the team.

Developing a weekly work plan with each team member. Decide which team members need to participate in projects, work efforts, and cross training.

Reviewing service desk tickets for the security operations team to ensure proper routing, updating, and resolution.

Developing cross training plans for each team member to assist the team in learning more about network tools, network design and network infrastructure.

Assessing employee performance on a routine basis, provide feedback on performance issues, and if necessary, document progressive discipline on an employee.

Providing continuous monitoring of day-to-day network operations and providing summary information and status to your leadership.
