Responsibilities

Complete overpressure protection sizing and analyzing tasks

Conduct QA/QC efforts on deliverables

Participate in regular meetings with client

Participate in site visits for data gathering

Conduct relief device sizing calculations

Conduct flare and relief header hydraulic modeling (Aspen Flarenet, VMG Flare)

Generate process simulation for emergency relieving conditions (HYSYS, Promax, Symmetry, UniSim)

Update Process Flow Diagram (PFD) for protected systems

Update Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for protected systems

Conduct peer checks and reviews

Interface with mechanical engineering for relief device stress analysis
