Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day facilitation of inquiries received from mortgage production, production support, and operations
Assist with the development of internal procedures to ensure staff knowledge of Federal and State regulatory compliance updates as they relate to mortgage lending
Assist in researching compliance laws and regulations that affect the mortgage business

Required
3+ years of demonstrated Mortgage Compliance Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously under little supervision.
Knowledge of TRID, TILA, RESPA, Dodd Frank & other applicable mortgage acts and regulations.
Assist in researching compliance laws and regulations that affect the mortgage business.
Knowledge of FHA, Conventional and VA guidelines.
The ability to read and interpret rules published by the CFPB that affect RESPA, TILA, TRID and other mortgage regulations.
