Responsibilities

Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team.
Researching and conducting outbound prospecting to identify new leads and opportunities for the direct sales team using a combination of tactics and approaches.
Collaborating with the Growth Manager for North America (NORAM) to develop a clear plan for event and campaign lead follow-up and nurture.
Achieving or exceeding monthly individual KPIs and metrics.
Working closely with colleagues in sales and marketing to share feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
Potential travel for an internal conference (Sales Kickoff) in January.
Possible travel to relevant team events and conferences semi-annually or yearly.

Required

1+ year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a technology vendor environment.
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to qualify inbound leads and create opportunities in Salesforce by following established processes.
Strong prospecting skills and confidence to make cold calls, request referrals, and seek new leads.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and driven.
Ability to understand technology solutions and communicate the benefits to prospects effectively.

Preferred

Technology-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Gong Engage, LinkedIn, etc.
