Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end privacy governance program, overseeing team deliverables and driving strategic outcomes.
Manage and guide two major workstreams, including compliance documentation and privacy action tracking.
Provide oversight and direction to team members responsible for documentation management and workflow automation.
Create and launch essential playbooks for existing processes, including Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Data Subject Rights (DSR) policies.
Maintain comprehensive program documentation to support regulatory discussions and audits.
Support privacy action planning, tracking, and outreach across Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and business units.
Conduct compliance assessments and control testing, document results, and support analysis.
Develop and execute a monitoring program, including creating samples and auditing high-risk PIAs.
Consolidate and organize documentation for storage, retrieval, archival, and ongoing updates.
Develop content such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and policies as needed.
Assess and implement automated workflows for privacy review, routing, and triage using tools like Airtable and Jira.
Drive consistency in PIAs and explore content management and bot tooling solutions.

Required
Proven experience leading privacy governance programs, including documentation, compliance testing, and workflow automation.
Deep understanding of privacy regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, ISO 27701).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience overseeing teams.
Proficiency in privacy review tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira) and content management systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear, actionable documentation.
Experience developing playbooks, training materials, and operational procedures for privacy programs.
Familiarity with privacy compliance tools and automated workflow solutions.
Background in auditing and assessing high-risk PIAs or similar regulatory compliance processes.
