(Remote) MarTech Lifecycle Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and project documentation, translating business needs into technical steps.
Document customer lifecycle flows, detailing data needed to track activity, trigger communications, and analyze performance in a scalable, standardized way.
Create and maintain automation and campaign execution playbooks.
Build audience journeys, automations, and customer segmentations to optimize user engagement using Braze or a similar customer engagement platform (Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo).
Solve technical challenges such as integrating data flows and using APIs with tools like Zapier to retrieve and manipulate customer data.
Develop and execute projects like: Sleep Division Automation: Create workflows for onboarding processes (e.g., generating reset-password links after account creation).
Class Profile Integration: Incorporate data about RSVPs and attended classes into user profiles for personalized engagement.
Monitor campaign KPIs and lifecycle metrics, developing strategies to achieve targets and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Use customer analytics and data visualization tools to inform decisions, optimize campaign performance, and recommend lifecycle strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to refine customer journeys and maximize impact.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing or a related role, preferably in a B2C environment.
Proficiency in platforms like Braze or similar tools (Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo).
Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture, APIs, webhooks, and real-time data for automation.
HTML/CSS experience for creating and managing email templates.
Familiarity with Zapier for API-based data manipulation.
Preferred
Experience migrating campaigns from legacy systems to new customer engagement platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, Liquid scripting, and CDP integrations.
Data visualization expertise using tools like Google Analytics.
Experience with GTM tagging, Adobe Commerce, React-based platforms, or Alokai.
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry.
Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
