Responsibilities

Configure Ariba procurement modules to align with business requirements and ensure accurate setup of procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards and promote best practices in procurement processes.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement performance and system usage.

Provide user training on Ariba functionalities and procurement best practices.

Action level 1 support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

Create process documentation as required.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Required

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Ariba procurement system administration, configuration and support.

Proficiency in SAP Ariba Procurement, Guided Buying, Catalog management and Business Network functions.

Foundational knowledge of Procurement and Supplier Management processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.

Preferred

Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP and SAP MDG.

Prior experience working in Technology or Manufacturing industry.

Ariba Procurement Certification.
