Product mapping
Calculating Percent Interstate Usage (PIU)
Exemption Certificate Management
Managing regulatory registrations
Maintaining voluntary disclosure agreements & back-fillings
Tax rating projects
SALT Compliance support

Required

3+ years with tax operations or billing systems experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field
Experience with telecom clients

Preferred

CMI (sales tax) designation a plus
Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience with sales tax preparation software such as Vertex or Alteryx
Understanding of sales tax issues, including exemption certificate management, tax accruals and reserves, journal entries and use tax issue
