Responsibilities

Review dealer footprint including white spots/collaborative model as well as assess direct and dealer channels, ie. multi-channel sales strategy.
Establish dealer performance ranking ABC to create a dealer steering model, ie. tracking partner performance along standardized metrics to identify areas for improvement and success.
Consolidate the dealers’ network with possible changes to contract and terminations.
Establish an onboarding process for new dealers ensuring they are well-integrated into our ecosystem and have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Establish a sales enablement program for dealers.
Set up a dealer satisfaction survey and provide competitive analysis with the business managers of the divisions.
Standardize the DM role across the products to foster 'one face to the dealers', whenever possible.
Provide DM’s with tools for their business review meetings with dealers, with an emphasis on setting targets and conducting effective follow up meetings.
Create a sustainable and efficient forecasting process.
Set up training for DM’s focused on creating KPIs as well as inventory & lead management.

Required

10+ years of experience in Channel Sales Management
In depth understanding of the Dealer sales process
Strong Project Management skills including structuring the dealer channel working packages with responsibilities, timeline and deadlines, targets and required investments of each function, documenting the process, as well as following-up on deadlines & results
Align with leadership team and decision making before starting execution with DM’s and assist the VP, Dealer Sales in the alignment with Division VP’s, Leadership Team and finance
Possess an engaging, initiative-taking style, proactively tracking progress and deadlines
Strong strategic thinker with a very analytical mindset and innate ability to interpret data
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
PowerPoint and Excel know-how
