Responsibilities
Conduct penetration testing to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in computer systems
Assist management in scoping, planning, and executing security assessments
Present technical findings to management with a focus on business impact
Collaborate with various stakeholders to align information security policies and standards
Foster healthy work relationships and demonstrate conflict-resolution skills

Required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or a related field
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in common penetration testing tools and techniques
Understanding of Active Directory concepts and Windows architecture
Preferred
Experience in system administration, incident response, or network engineering preferred
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, PowerShell)
Knowledge of threat actor tactics and techniques
Demonstrated cultural dexterity and ability to adapt behavior to different environments
Prior experience performing Red Team assessments
