Responsibilities
Ensure the high-quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, providing exceptional service to the business.
Address and resolve time and attendance queries from employees, managers, and HRMs promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate administration of related processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.)
Minimum of one year of payroll or time & attendance experience
Experience with Workday Payroll
Experience with Time Systems, preferably Workday Time
Preferred
Experience with additional Time Systems such as Autotime and Kronos.
Experience supporting manufacturing and unionized employee populations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions promptly to maintain data integrity.
Ability to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
