Responsibilities

New business development with national organizations that can provide revenue generating referrals for our franchise owners’ home care and home health care services
Point of contact for ComForCare/At Your Side and Boost franchisees for credentialing, reviews and national partner enrollments
Establish and redline contracts with national partner contacts
Liaise with other departments & cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR Programs implementation.
Assist franchisees by addressing National Accounts concerns, escalate recovering accounts receivable for invoicing and offer prompt resolutions
ComForCare/At Your Side & Boost - Respond to email questions regarding contracts, enrollment, invoicing & billing
ComForCare/At Your Side & Boost Offices - “New and Closed” - Update Location Spreadsheet & At A Glance processes
New & current office: “Enrollment Reviews”
Create & send new account overviews, enrollment/opt-in forms to Communications to upload to ComForCare website
Annual rate reviews & rate negotiations with national partners
Quarterly request “Utilization Management Reports” from national partners
Expiration Notices: W-9’s, Certifications, Insurance
Store contracts for ComForCare/At Your Side & Boost in legal documents system
Create “Enrollment Trackers” for franchisees
Launch new national partnerships via Zoom webinars, newsletter, and internal website
Create & distribute the “Annual ComForCare/At You Side Rate Survey”

Required

A minimum of 3 or more years of experience in business development
Ability to utilize strong analytical and critical thinking to analyze financial & market data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and quality of work.
A “self-starter” with strong organizational & time management skills while working effectively independently as well as within a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Maintains an optimistic, positive and respectful demeanor at all times.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or greater is preferred.
Prior new business development and contracting experience in healthcare is preferred.
Experience developing relationships with national payor sources is preferred.
Prior franchise experience is strongly preferred.
