Responsibilities
You will be responsible for frontend physical design and STA ownership at the block and sub-system levels. Responsibilities include synthesis, floor planning, timing and synthesis constraints generation, STA triage, and checklist signoff. You may also be involved in physical design flow development/automation, identification of library deficiencies, and memory collateral generation.
You are expected to be able to work with limited direction, have attention to detail and be enthusiastic and proactive in providing concise and actionable status of progress, issues, and risks to the program management team.

Required
Bachelor's or Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience
Expertise in the following: Fusion Compiler, synthesis, floor planning, STA closure
Ability to learn and contribute outside of defined tasks in a dynamic environment with a maturing technology and toolchain
Preferred
Constraint generation
Flow scripting and tooling
Experience in coordinating with both FE and BE design teams
