Responsibilities
Planning and executing "Innovation Programs," involving research, analysis, and synthesis through Opportunity Exploration, Solution Design, and Cobuilding Development.
Producing insights in various formats, such as investment memos, business plans, white papers, and social media posts.
Supporting investments as part of Braven's "cobuild" team, which acts as internal consultants to enhance portfolio companies' strategies.

Required
Minimum of two years in client-facing strategy consulting roles, especially in Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance.
Strong understanding of regulated markets in Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, and/or Insurance.
Proven track record of high performance through data gathering, analysis, hypothesis testing, and clear communication of recommendations.
Structured approach to ambiguity, project management, and results-driven work.
Systems thinking and data analysis to achieve 10x results.
Growth mindset, innate curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong communications abilities to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
High EQ, relationship-building skills, and effective operation under pressure.
Preferred
Experience at top firms (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG).
Typically possess 5-15 years of professional experience, but candidates outside this range are still encouraged to apply.
