Responsibilities
Manage the revenue recognition process in compliance with GAAP and ASC606 standards
Oversee the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
Analyze customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue treatment and reporting
Prepare and reconcile revenue reports, including deferred revenue balances
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to streamline operations
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
Drive automation and process improvements to support scalability and operational efficiency

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of revenue accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based models
Strong knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles (ASC606)
Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce; experience with Zone Billing is a plus
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Preferred
CPA certification
