Responsibilities
Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including registration, insurance verification, billing, and reconciliation, while utilizing modern technology to optimize each step.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate tools and streamline revenue cycle workflows, enabling scalable and efficient operations.
Identify bottlenecks and implement product-based solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
Lead a cross-functional team, including billing specialists, coders, and engineers, to drive operational improvements and optimize revenue processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific billing regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
Implement strategies to reduce claim denials and boost collection rates to exceed 95%.
Manage relationships with vendors and third-party billing services, integrating tech-forward financial tools and software.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency across financial operations.
Address multi-state complexities by incorporating state-specific billing regulations and payer requirements into operations.
Stay informed on trends in healthcare, revenue cycle management, and technology to maintain competitive and scalable operations.

Required
Experience in revenue cycle management, including registration, insurance verification, billing, and reconciliation.
