Responsibilities
Prospecting, discovery, and qualifying new opportunities that lead to a pipeline of 4X plus of new business objectives on ongoing basis.
Effectively presenting company value proposition.
Collaborating with internal business partners and resources.
Effectively onboarding new customers and growing share of wallet.
Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and other duties as required.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum of five (5) years customer service/account management experience
Understanding of how to conduct business effectively at an elevated C-level
Professional hard and soft skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage, develop, and motivate all members of account teams
Ability to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines
Highly organized to manage client proposals and other tasks on track
Understanding of how to prioritize time
Comfortable managing a calendar and adjusting schedule as needed
Goal-oriented and commission-driven
