Responsibilities

Strong Analytical Mindset: You think critically, break down complex problems, and enjoy working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Technical Expertise: Experience with business analysis tools, process modeling software, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). You don’t need to be a coder, but you need to be comfortable working alongside developers and understanding technical concepts.

Requirements Gathering: You have a knack for asking the right questions to understand the “why” behind every project and turn that into clear, actionable requirements.

Business Process Mapping: You’re a pro at identifying inefficiencies in business processes and creating streamlined solutions to enhance productivity.

Communication Skills: You’re able to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, approachable way to various stakeholders.

Detail-Oriented: No detail is too small for you — you catch the little things that others might miss, ensuring everything is covered and well-documented.

Data-Driven: You know how to pull insights from data and use them to influence business decisions, optimize solutions, and track success.

Agile Familiarity: You’re comfortable working in an Agile environment, whether it's with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SQL, Jira, ADO or other business analysis tools is a plus!
