Responsibilities
Program Manage our external Salesforce Implementation Partners and internal Teams
Architecture Design: Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architecture that supports our business needs. You will own the architecture roadmap from beginning to end including the development of all Architecture artifacts.
Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems (AWS, Azure, MS Fabric, Dynamics GP, Atlassian Suite, Financials, CORE.).
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to move data into and out of Salesforce.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware and data integration tools.
Customization: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet specific business requirements.
Security: Understand and implement data and information security and data protection.
Performance: Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend solutions to fix. Improve scalability, stability, accuracy, speed and efficiency of the platform.
Governance: Establish and maintain governance standards and best practices for Salesforce usage.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
Daily Activity: Participate in daily standup meetings and all meetings of the Agile SDLC: planning, estimation, retrospectives, demos, etc.

Required
Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
10+ years of experience as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Integration Lead for implementations, including SFDC and at least four integration endpoints.
4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect
Strong expertise in at least three of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud AND Einstein Analytics.
Ability to configure and customize Salesforce.com environments with an in-depth understanding of the constraints imposed by governor limits, editions and licensing, etc.
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how to use it in platform architecture.
Understanding of front-end and back-end development including Aura Framework, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Visualforce, Apex, REST and SOAP-based web services, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance management.
Experience with integration design patterns with Salesforce (using an iPaaS, EAS, or custom).
Competency with developing stories in Einstein Discovery.
Required Certification(s): 1 or more of the certifications is required for this position: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
Preferred
Experience with the following will be useful: Cloud (AWS and Azure) and AI/ML.
